Abstract

There is a missing link between Academia and State Health implementers. There is lack of credible public health research where it is most needed. NITI Aayog is Premier Think Tank of Government of India, striving towards NEW INDIA 2022. we propose creation of STHITI ( State Health Intelligence & Incubation Cell) to assist NITI in developing evidence based policy and ensure its implementation.
