Abstract

This editorial highlights the role of medical specialists towards fulfiment of Sustainable Deveopment Goals. There is gross shortage and inequiatable distribution of medical doctors and specialists. Medical specialists, particularly paediatricians and obstetricians are vital to India meeting the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. The issue has been discussed in this editorial.
